Refund & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of hair products and hygiene standards, all sales are final unless the product meets the criteria below.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We may accept a return or exchange only if:

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed
• Lace is un-cut and fully intact
• Bundles/wigs are in original packaging
• No styling, coloring, brushing, or alterations
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• You received an incorrect or defective item

• Full name
• Order number
• Photos/videos of the issue


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and sanitary reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Any product that has been worn or installed
• Lace wigs with cut lace
• Hair that has been brushed, combed, dyed, bleached, or styled
• Custom orders or special requests
• Sale or promotion items
• Black Friday sales
• VIP or additional discount orders


Exchanges for Wrong Items

If we send you the wrong item, we will replace it once the incorrect item is returned unused and unaltered.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received, refunds (if applicable) will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.


Final Notes

Regally Hers reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.
